Energy Business Analyst – Energy domain knowledge is a requirement for this position [Crude, Gas, Power, Refining, and/or Trading], as well as demonstrated record of success in conducting requirements definition and associated implementation of application systems.  The successful candidate for this position will have the ability to communicate effectively with all business stakeholders and to conduct successful meetings.

Energy Risk Business Analyst - The Energy Risk Analyst will utilize experience in modeling, pricing and evaluating commodity trades, including financial derivatives, to design and implement risk management solutions. The successful candidate will have 2 years of experience in risk analysis, as well as proven communication and analytical skills. The Energy Risk BA will consult clients in identification of various risk components (commodity price, interest rate, foreign currency) and in establishing and complying with risk control requirements. This position will participate in risk system implementation efforts [business process definition, system design and implementation, training and support].

Energy Business Consultant – Energy domain knowledge is a requirement for this position [Crude, Gas, Power, Refining, and/or Trading], as well as demonstrated record of success in conducting requirements definition and associated implementation of application systems.  Masters degree in finance, mathematics, or business administration is desired but not required, as is additional experience in modeling/pricing derivatives and options, risk and credit analytics, physical trading or scheduling, or energy accounting.

Energy Risk Business Consultant — Strong knowledge of physical commodity trading and financial derivatives, building risk models, pricing, and complying with control requirements are this position’s requirements. A Master’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Business Administration is preferred but not required. The Energy Risk Consultant will analyze the client’s commodity and derivatives trading business and offer subject matter expertise in the areas needing improvement. In addition, the candidate is required to manage risk management system implementation, or enhancements to the one already in place, to ensure all of client’s requirements are being addressed.

Senior IT Consultant – The Senior Systems Analyst/Consultant will utilize knowledge of business and information technology to bring performance improvements to our clients’ energy trading and risk management systems operation. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in US energy markets trading or risk management systems development or support, as well as proven communication, problem-solving and project management skills. This position will formulate project scope and strategy and take the lead in areas of research, studies and surveys to obtain relevant data, data analysis to determine solutions, and establishing project priorities to include installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, modification of machines or equipment, or redesign of products and services. This position will coordinate project workflow and objectives among resources: including regular reporting and consulting with client management and assuring clients of effective solution deliverables within stated project timelines.

Junior Consultant – Our analysts work closely with our senior consultants and managers to design and develop solutions to the most difficult of our clients’ business issues. MRE consultants work in a variety of roles within our technology group, from custom development to business process consulting. They learn new development environments to become part of a team supporting clients’ complex business needs. You will learn all aspects of the software development lifecycle and will be trained on a variety of consultant role’s aspects such as design, development, testing, and documentation. DB/SQL & programming skill, as well as strong drive, initiative, accountability and team player spirit are a requirement.
